CPC Christmas Survival Kit – Bonus Project

This is the October Bonus Project over at Craft Project Central. It's designed by the creative Amanda Corbet, and you can see more of her wonderful creations on her blog, Krafting Kreations.

Christmas is fast approaching and there are always those last minute cards you forget to send or gifts you need to give and you’re out of time! Oh no! Well this Christmas Survival Kit includes five cards with envelopes, four gift bags, 10 gift tags, and 8 gift card holders as well as space to put other necessities all tucked away in this beautiful gift shaped box. Just lift off the lid and one side falls down to show the beautiful row of drawers and two back pockets. Make this for yourself or someone special to save a little headache around Christmas. Or change up the patterns and colors to make a gift set ready for any holiday!

Ornamental Pine Christmas Card

I have another Ornamental Pine Christmas card to show you. I CASEd this one from Ann Schach. I used Cherry Cobbler instead of Cajun Craze on my card.  I also used Venetian Crochet Trim and tied them into a single knot instead of Linen Thread tied into a bow. The trim was attached with Glue Dots. I really like how Ann did her card, but I wanted to make this a card that could be made quickly for the ladies that made it at a crop I was at a couple weeks ago. I wanted them to make a card they thought could be mass produced for their Christmas cards. Everyone fell in love with this stamp set, and had to get it for their collection.

Ornamental Pine Vintage Card

I'm so in love with this stamp set, Ornamental Pine! I just got it a week or two ago, and I've already made two cards with it. Both of them, by the way, were super easy and quick to make. I'll share the other one tomorrow. I really love the way they look, too!  I CASEd this one from one I saw on Pinterest. It was made by Marelle Taylor. I changed it a little bit, but not much. I added an Early Espresso layer to the stamped layer, and I also stamped the greeting with Cherry Cobbler ink. I also used Always Artichoke and Early Espresso ink, which is also different from hers. I really like the look of the Crumb Cake cardstock sponged with Whisper White ink.

My CPC Fall Banner & Candle

The Craft Project Central project for today was designed by ME! As I've said before, I love Fall colors, and I had a lot of fun making these.

This banner & candle would be wonderful Fall décor for your home. The banner is made with coaster board, and the matching candle is stamped, along with other embellishments. Make one set to keep as your own, and make another set to give as a gift. This would also make a great Fall-themed class.

Bright & Beautiful CPC40 Card Sketch

Happy Wednesday! I finally have a card I made to share with you! I made this one using this month's Creating Pretty Cards Sketch over at Craft Project Central. I hope you'll play along with us!

For every ten cards submitted, CPC will pick one winner of a free month subscription on Craft Project Central! The winner(s) will get to select the month of their choice! We really want to give away some free subscriptions, so please do join our challenge!!

*If CPC project designers submit a card for your inspiration this month, they won’t be in the winner random-selection pool, but their cards will count towards the “for every 10 cards submitted winner total”.

CPC 20 Days of Thanks

I hope you're all enjoying your Sunday!  I was working at an all-day crop yesterday (with a wonderful group of ladies, I might add), and totally forgot to post this wonderful Craft Project Central project. It's designed by Heidi King, and you can see more of her creations on her blog, Stampin' King.

Now is the season of refection and thankfulness.  This advent is a perfect way to remind us of our blessings.  Add treats for little ones and each day add a slip of paper with what you are thankful for. Thanksgiving Day is the perfect time to read them and reflect!

Everyone loves to remember an event with photos! So why not make this quick and easy Fold Out Mini Album to capture those moments and share them with someone you love! The album has two fun fold out ‘pages’ that will give you a total of five spots for pictures, or just spaces for writing your thoughts! Whatever you choose to put inside, the recipient is sure to have a smile on their face when they see the surprise inside!! And the coordinating card completes the sentiment!

My Blog is Back Up

I don't know what happened, but Blogger shut down my blog for suspicious activity. I'm not sure what was going on, but everything seems to be okay now. I'm sorry to those that have tried to come to my blog today, and found it missing. Hopefully, it won't happen again.

Thank you all for visiting my blog!  I love sharing my projects with you!
